By Elliott Brack  |  Man alive! Do the people of Georgia face a lulu of a constitutional amendment this year?  The amendment should embarrass the Georgia Legislature. It asks Georgia voters to compel the Legislature to do what it ought to be doing in the first place.  Ha!
