BRACK: With 6 loaded guns in Publix, man may not be convicted as felon

By Elliott Brack  |  Did you hear about the story published recently of a guy found to be carrying six loaded guns in a restroom at a Publix in downtown Atlanta? The story was in The New York Times on January 3. This person had  four handguns in his jacket pocket, plus a 12-gauge shotgun and AR-15 rifle in a guitar case. This happened in March of 2021.

By Elliott Brack  |  Nine months out from the 2022 General Election in Georgia, let’s consider two large statewide political races, for the U.S. Senate and the governor’s office.

But recognize: this is an assessment made in late February.  Many new circumstances can pop up in the next months that can dramatically change these long-range observations.
