BRACK: Norfolk Southern makes grievous mistake on Spencer statue

By Elliott Brack  |  Norfolk Southern, the railroad, headquartered in Atlanta, has unjustifiably made a decision that smacks of bad management and yielding to pressure.  It has determined to remove a statue of the railroad’s founder from public view.
