By Elliott Brack  | Watching the Democrats wrangle for the nomination for president is much like watching a sporting event. Except that is long and drawn out, not so much like a fast-paced basketball game as it is an ever-so-boring, several-day cricket match. Add to this that the political commentators have a field day of putting out new views daily based on the sketchiest of information, the little matters that doesn’t amount to much.

BRACK: Voters on both sides lament “What to do?” in presidential race

By Elliott Brack, editor and publisher | If I have heard this once, I have heard it a dozen times this political year. It continues, here two months before the presidential election.

“I just don’t know what I’m going to do in the presidential election.”

It sometimes comes from Republicans. At other times, it comes from people who would normally vote Democratic.

By Michael Wood, Peachtree Corners, Ga. | Our country now has two major-party, presumptive candidates for president: Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump. Of course, counting only these two omits candidates from other parties, such as the Libertarian and Green Parties, who have little chance to win the presidency, but who may play spoiler roles by pulling votes away from the two major parties’ candidates.
