SKATING FUN: Though the winter has been warm so far, people are flocking to a new element in Sugar Hill, its ice skating rink. Roving Photographer Frank Sharp recently visited the site, behind Sugar Hill City Hall. A snack bar is located at one end of the rink as Big Bird keeps an eye on the skaters.
